So our adventure begins with packing, planning and panicking. After 5 months of living in our wonderful temporary digs in Minnetonka, we are finally moving in early May. We are headed to Leicester, England (an hour north of London). I have to say that England wasn’t in our search radius (St. Anthony, New Brighton, Shoreview…), but VW was offered an international assignment with his current company and we thought “Why not?” The plan is that we will be there for approximately 2 years, with a few visits home.
We hope that many of you will have a chance to visit us. Our door will be open.
Just a side note, VW experienced his first (I hope only) earthquake while in England. He said it woke him up, but was otherwise uneventful.
