Because we can always pack one more thing in…and we had a wonderful chance to share our life with the E family, we said why not. (Stop reading this mom.) We arrived home from Paris just in time to pick up our friends the E’s at the train station. V took them to our favorite local haunt~Bradgate Park and to the Groby Pub for a beer. We got a sitter that night and went downtown. It was a great night and we were so happy they spent the day with us. They had spent 5 days in London, wandering and seemed to have had a good time. We returned them to station that night so they could get an early plane to Prague. They reported back that it was wonderful. I remember Prague fondly from my University days when I spent four days or so there.
Can’t wait to hear how their house plans turned out!
