With both kids out of school, I have been trying to keep them busy with fun activities, despite the rain. We spent a day at Calke Abby with friends, horsing riding, swimming lessons, ballet, gymnastics, bike rides, park visits, craft projects, water fights and play dates.
We have also been at the library a great deal. S finished the reading summer explorer program in less than 2 weeks. I can't believe how she can read now. It seems so strange. I think we have almost tapped the book selection for X. We will need to head to the city library for him.
We have two more weekend trips planned and an outdoor performance of Cinderella coming up. In August there are several activities planned with the church.
