Twelve Years

Ragley House
Trapped in the maze

Would you believe it has been twelve years. Twelve years of marriage. We lived in Apple Valley, Hopkins, Minneapolis, Minnetonka, Lino Lakes and England. We have two great munchkins. Wonderful friends and family from every part of our life, our hometowns, neighborhood, school, work, hockey, travel, ECFE, etc. I am so very lucky.

We celebrated the evening before with dinner and a movie. The following day we took the kids to a stately home called Ragley about a 90 minute drive. (Ragley has been, and remains, the family home of the Marquess and Marchioness of Hertford, descendants of Henry VIII’s third wife Jane Seymour.) It had a fabulous 3D maze and playground. We spent a few minutes in the house and had a snack. Later we drove through a great picturesque town, Broadway and through the hometown of Shakespeare, where we found another great playground and Italian restaurant for dinner. The only downer was the cold, windy and rainy weather that hung over us all day.
