I had a fun week off with the kids. We hung out at home on Tuesday and S had ballet. Wednesday, friends came for a morning play date; Thursday, we went to our weekly playgroup at the church and Friday, we had a dr. appointment. Saturday, upon S’s request we went to the church graveyard and looked at the headstones. She is very fascinated by graveyards. Although she absolutely won’t step on them, which makes it difficult in the tiny little spaces. After, we walked around Bradgate park. V commented later that evening that we didn’t really notice where we were. It was normal to be there. We were focused on us and the kids and their games. Sunday, we played out in the backyard. Mid 50F or so. Are you jealous?
This week included, ballet, preschool, a colleague of V’s coming for dinner, a night out with the girls, golf for V, a dance for S and friends on Saturday and Sunday. Crazy.
S will start swimming this weekend. She is really excited.
Cheers. (By the way, I have learned the English only say cheers, they never write it.)
